Paper Theaters

These miniature worlds are created by making six panels, each drawn with pen and painted with watercolor, then precision cut with a blade, and glued together in an accordion shape. These paper theaters invite you to peek inside a little scene and explore. From different angles, you can see past different layers and reveal hidden details. They are maybe my favorite things I have ever worked on.
